1. Protection function

(5) Short circuit protection: The main circuit of the load is equipped with a fuse, which is
automatically unloaded in the event of a short circuit.
(6) Smoke protection: When there is smoke in the case, it will automatically unload and alarm.

(7) Fan interlock protection: Before turning on the fan power switch, the load cannot be loaded.

(8) Fan air volume protection: When the air volume of the fan is insufficient, it will automatically
unload and give an alarm.
(9) Fan phase sequence automatic conversion protection: When the control power line is not connected in the correct phase sequence, the three-phase fan can also run in the normal direction.


2. Cabinet structure
The cabinet is made of containers, and the cabinet design fully considers heat dissipation and maintenance. The internal layout of the box: the resistors and various accessories are fixed and placed in layers. The placement of the resistance layer focuses on the heat dissipation effect, and all connecting wires are insulated to ensure that the wiring is not affected by high temperature. 3. Electrical control module

4. Stainless steel resistor

It can be continuous in rainy days. use. 5. Wire and installation process
The busbars shall use the corresponding specifications of copper bars in accordance with the national standard. The high-temperature connecting wires shall be selected according to the phase current of the power consumption device. The cross-sectional area of the control wires shall not be less than 1.5mm2. The carrying capacity of the remaining wires is designed according to the national standard.


6. Cooling system
The heat dissipation system is composed of a fan and an automatic protection device, which can quickly dissipate the heat converted by the power module and keep the temperature inside the box suitable.
(1) The load adopts low-noise waterproof axial flow fan, aviation aluminum fan blade, high strength, corrosion resistance, and durable.
(2) The average wind speed at the air outlet is 8~10m/s, the measured working noise is ≤80dB (1M), the air volume is sufficient, and the noise is controlled.
(3) Multiple temperature sensors are installed at the load part and the air outlet position, which can automatically cut off the load when the temperature reaches the warning value to ensure that the load will not be damaged due to excessive temperature.
