Gold Aluminum Housed Power Resistor is one type of braking resistors, it is widely used in current sensing, current limit, discharge, flitering, etc.

1. Current sensing and current limit. Aluminum housed power resistors will be parallele with others componets for providing effective split-flow.

2. Discharge, consist of one discchage circuit with other components for discharging voltage.

3. Flitering, Keep a stable voltage when the capacitor is in charging.
